Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction and mining sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and industry stakeholders
- Present and promote HR and staffing solutions to prospective clients
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and sales opportunities

Requirements
Essential:
- Matric / Grade 12 certificate
- Valid driver’s licence
- Own reliable transport
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in construction or mining industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Computer literacy (MS Office proficiency)
Preferred:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or client acquisition
- Knowledge of HR or recruitment services
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
