Betfred is excited to announce openings for Betting Clerks at our West Street and Hillbrow branches. We are looking for motivated individuals with retail experience to join our dynamic team in the exciting world of sports betting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patrons placing bets.
- Accurately process betting transactions using the company’s systems.
- Maintain knowledge of betting markets and promote current offers.
- Assist customers with inquiries and ensure a positive betting experience.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification is essential.
- Minimum of 1 year of retail experience.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- Passion for sports and betting is a plus.
