Key Responsibilities:
Cadet Program (12 Months):
- Assist in sales, customer service, and dealership operations
- Support administrative functions and dealership workflow
- Learn foundational skills related to motor industry operations
Motor / Diesel Apprenticeship (4 Years):
- Learn mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle servicing
- Work alongside qualified technicians in a structured training environment
- Follow workshop procedures, safety standards, and technical guidelines
- Gain experience using tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair systems
Requirements:
- 2025 academic record / matric exam results
- Valid driver’s license (required for both sales and apprenticeships)
- Must reside in the area where you are applying
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Interest in automotive sales, administration, F&I, or mechanical trades
