Key Responsibilities:

Cadet Program (12 Months):

  • Assist in sales, customer service, and dealership operations
  • Support administrative functions and dealership workflow
  • Learn foundational skills related to motor industry operations

Motor / Diesel Apprenticeship (4 Years):

  • Learn mechanical diagnostics, repairs, and vehicle servicing
  • Work alongside qualified technicians in a structured training environment
  • Follow workshop procedures, safety standards, and technical guidelines
  • Gain experience using tools, diagnostic equipment, and repair systems

Requirements:

  • 2025 academic record / matric exam results
  • Valid driver’s license (required for both sales and apprenticeships)
  • Must reside in the area where you are applying
  • Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
  • Interest in automotive sales, administration, F&I, or mechanical trades
