As a Bulldozer Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy machinery to support site preparation, land clearing, and material movement. Key Responsibilities
Bulldozer Operator:
- Operate bulldozers safely and efficiently on construction and earthmoving sites.
- Perform land clearing, leveling, and material pushing according to site plans.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
- Work closely with site supervisors and other machine operators.
- Maintain productivity targets while ensuring equipment care.
Tipper Truck Driver:
- Drive and operate tipper trucks safely and responsibly.
- Transport construction materials between sites and depots.
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks.
- Ensure compliance with road safety and traffic regulations.
- Complete delivery logs and job-related documentation.
- Communicate effectively with site supervisors and dispatch teams.
Requirements
Essential Requirements (Both Roles)
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience.
- Valid operator certificates (Bulldozer or Code 14 Driver’s License with PDP).
- Strong knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working on large-scale construction or mining projects for the Bulldozer Operator, and in construction or logistics environments for the Tipper Truck Driver.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
