Key Responsibilities:
- Perform tasks related to Armature work
- Assist with Fitting & Turning duties
- Participate in rotation across assigned departments for full technical exposure
- Use and maintain basic hand tools safely and effectively
- Support senior artisans with daily operational tasks
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric) with at least 50% in Mathematics
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Willingness to undergo further assessments, including:
- Pre-enrolment medical examinations
- Verification checks
- Criminal record checks
- Psychometric assessments (if required)
- Ability to work in a structured industrial environment and follow company policies
