Job Overview

CIV Innovative is inviting unemployed youth to apply for its Engineering Apprenticeship Programme. The programme runs for 18 months and is designed to help participants gain practical experience, develop technical skills and build a foundation for a future engineering career.

Apprenticeship opportunities are available across five engineering fields: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering and Industrial Engineering. The programme provides practical on-the-job training and exposure to experienced professionals.

Successful participants will receive a monthly stipend of R8,000 and have the opportunity to improve their employability while becoming part of innovative engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Apprentices will be expected to:
