Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project timelines and schedules to meet delivery deadlines.
- Track progress, identify delays, and allocate resources effectively.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks and confirm all maintenance scheduling aligns with project needs.
- Inspect construction work for compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Report deviations and lead root-cause analysis to resolve issues promptly.
Requirements:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with Sasol K2 and SAP/EJCE.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Preferred: Relevant certifications in project management or maintenance planning.
