The Sales Driver & Tour Guide role combines transportation, tourism guidance, and sales responsibilities. The successful candidate will safely transport clients to destinations, lead guided tours, and provide helpful information about attractions, travel routes, and local experiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive clients safely to and from tour destinations and travel locations
- Maintain a clean, roadworthy tour vehicle at all times
- Lead groups during local and cross-border tour experiences
- Share informative insights about tourist destinations, culture, and activities
- Assist travelers with guidance and support throughout the tour journey
- Promote and sell tour packages and travel experiences to customers
- Generate bookings and help achieve monthly tourism sales targets
- Communicate effectively with clients via phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Ensure excellent customer service during tours and travel experiences
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Valid Code 10 driver’s license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly and confident personality when interacting with tourists
- Passion for travel, tourism, and customer service
- Ability to work weekends and travel when required
- Valid passport for cross-border tour operations
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Long-distance driving experience (advantageous)
- Experience in tour guiding, hospitality, or travel services
- Sales or marketing experience in the tourism industry
- Ability to manage groups and provide engaging tour experiences
