Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Essential:
- Minimum of five years of retail experience in produce management.
- In-depth knowledge of sourcing products and understanding costs and GP (Gross Profit) margins.
- Strong skills in inventory management and staff supervision.
- Traceable references demonstrating experience and capabilities.
- Preferred:
- Relevant qualifications in retail management or a similar field.
- Familiarity with local market trends and produce seasonality.
