Key Responsibilities
Maintenance / Grounds Worker
- Maintain lodge buildings, equipment, and outdoor areas
- Perform routine repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Ensure grounds are clean, safe, and well-presented at all times
Housekeeper
- Clean and service guest rooms and common areas to lodge standards
- Change linen, restock amenities, and report maintenance issues
- Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in line with hospitality regulations
Entertainment Worker
- Assist with guest entertainment activities and events
- Engage with guests professionally to enhance their lodge experience
- Support activity setup, coordination, and supervision
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant work experience in the applied department
- Previous experience in a lodge, hotel, resort, or hospitality environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills
Preferred Requirements
- Hospitality or tourism-related training or certificates
- Knowledge of health, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Experience working in guest-facing roles
