Lodge Ops is seeking a professional, mature, and self-motivated Trail Guide to join our dynamic and growing team in the heart of Mpumalanga. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual who thrives in luxury safari environments and values guest experience, safety, and nature conservation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead guided walking and game drive safaris with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Ensure strict safety and risk management protocols are followed at all times
- Track wildlife and educate guests on animal behavior, ecosystems, and conservation
- Deliver exceptional guest interactions and memorable safari experiences
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and behavior at all times
Requirements:
- NQF Level 4 Trail Guide qualification or higher
- Previous experience working at a 5-star lodge or luxury safari environment
- Proven ability to deliver a high-end hosting and guiding experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for wildlife, conservation, and guest satisfaction
- Must be clean, respectful, mature, and reliable
