Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while embodying the GALXBOY brand and culture.
- Develop in-depth product knowledge—fabrics, fits, and seasonal drops—and share confidently with customers.
- Maintain store appearance and visual merchandising standards (VM like a rockstar).
- Inspire customers with style recommendations and keep up with fashion trends.
- Handle high-traffic, festive-season retail demands efficiently and accurately.
- Operate the POS system quickly and precisely, especially during peak trading hours.
Requirements:
- Energetic, confident, and people-oriented attitude.
- Available for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Retail experience is advantageous—but more importantly, bring the right energy and hustle.
- Strong sense of style, trend awareness, and a natural flair for fashion.
