Overview:
Join RCL Foods Speciality Spartan as a General Worker in our Supply Chain team. In this critical support role, you’ll help ensure warehouse operations run smoothly—from stock handling to safety compliance—while contributing to nourishing lives and communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Warehouse Administrator with various warehouse operations, including deliveries and on-site tasks during overtime or weekends.
- Handle stock by scanning labels into the Smartech system for accurate transaction completion.
- Perform housekeeping and maintain safety standards following HACCP and ISO guidelines.
- Help accept stock from production and support inventory flow.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4) qualification.
- Valid Forklift License.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and literacy skills.
- Proficiency in Smartech or similar inventory systems.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.
