Overview:

Are you an adaptable, meticulous individual with experience in banking and credit card operations? Join FNB as an Administrator III in Credit Card Services. In this role, you’ll ensure seamless administrative support, streamline documentation workflows, and drive operational excellence in our “Credit Card, Intake & Documentation” function.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Retrieve and manage applications from the Plexus (PEMS) intake workbasket.
  • Vet and verify application documents by channel, brand, customer type, and request type.
  • Check for, merge, or consolidate existing documents where applicable.
  • Validate documentation according to business rules and the document matrix.
  • Request missing documentation from stakeholders promptly.
  • Index and capture deals into the system, selecting appropriate reason codes.
  • Process issuance of credit cards to business clients.
  • Administer changes in credit limits— increases, decreases, and shifts.
  • Ensure correct routing of work items and prevent erroneous closure of tasks.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate is mandatory.
  • Prior banking experience essential; exposure to credit card processing is highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with systems such as AutocardPlexus, and Auto Online is preferred.
  • Must be adaptable, curious, and able to navigate complex, data-driven workflows in a collaborative environment.
