Hestony Transport (Pty) Ltd, a leading logistics and transport company based in Bloemfontein, is currently hiring Nightshift Fleet Controllers. Key Responsibilities:
•Monitor and manage fleet operations during night shifts
•Ensure smooth communication between drivers and dispatch
•Address and resolve transport-related issues promptly
•Keep detailed records of fleet activity and reports
•Maintain compliance with transport regulations
Requirements:
•Minimum Grade 12 / N4 qualification
•Strong communication skills
•High attention to detail
•No prior experience required – full training provided
•Willingness to work night shifts (15 shifts per month: 18h00–07h00)
