This learnership is perfect for those passionate about mining engineering, technical trades, and building a long-term career in the mining and industrial sectors. The program offers hands-on technical training, practical workplace experience, and exposure to world-class engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enroll and actively participate in the Engineering Learnership Programme accredited by MQA SETA (Mining Qualifications Authority)
• Attend theoretical training at a Glencore-accredited training center
• Engage in on-site practical training at various Glencore mining facilities
• Comply with safety and operational protocols at all times
• Complete assessments, projects, and required learnership milestones

Available Learnership Trades:

• Millwright
• Instrumentation
• Auto-Electrical
• Diesel Mechanic

Requirements:

• Matric (Grade 12) or Technical Grade 12
• Full N2 Certificate with relevant trade theory subjects
• Strong interest in engineering and mining environments
• South African citizenship
• Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and follow safety procedures
