Restaurant Supervisor – Bush Terrace

Overview:
Bush Terrace, a renowned luxury restaurant located near the Kruger National Park, is seeking a professional and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join its hospitality team. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise waitstaff and bar teams to ensure smooth daily operations
• Enhance the overall guest dining experience through excellent service delivery
• Support the Restaurant Manager with administrative and operational duties
• Oversee inventory control, order placements, and accurate reporting
• Train and mentor service staff, ensuring high service standards
• Handle guest feedback, resolve complaints, and maintain service excellence

Requirements:

• Matric certificate with a minimum of 60% in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Must reside in Phalaborwa and have own reliable transport
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Sober habits and a responsible work ethic
• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality is an added advantage
• Must have at least two contactable references
