Overview:
BB Motorgroup is committed to empowering South African youth by offering a 4-year Workshop Apprenticeship Programme focused on Iveco and FAW trucks. Based at the company’s Rosslyn workshop in Pretoria, this hands-on training opportunity is ideal for passionate individuals who want to kickstart a career in the mechanical and automotive repair industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the servicing, maintenance, and repairs of heavy-duty trucks (Iveco & FAW).
- Perform basic mechanical tasks under supervision.
- Support the workshop team with diagnostics, breakdown response, and routine checks.
- Learn and apply workshop safety protocols and technical procedures.
- Gain practical experience in truck systems, components, and tools.
- Progress through structured training to become a certified artisan upon completion.
Requirements:
- Recently completed Grade 12 (Matric).
- Completed N2 or N3 Engineering qualification (Mechanical or relevant field).
- Strong interest in truck mechanics and workshop environments.
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and grow professionally.
- Committed to completing the full 4-year programme.
