This 12-month, face-to-face program is designed to provide hands-on experience in one of the leading financial institutions in Africa. Key Responsibilities:
- Activate and drive sales within designated financial product segments
- Complete sales fulfilment processes and submit detailed reports
- Manage and strengthen customer relationships through in-person engagement
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal risk policies
Requirements:
- Diploma in Finance or related field (essential)
- RE5 certification (preferred)
- Financial Planning or Wealth Management certifications (advantageous)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for direct client interaction
- High attention to detail and commitment to regulatory compliance
- Ability to perform in a high-pressure, results-driven environment
