Key Responsibilities

  • Process and reconcile cashbooks on a daily and monthly basis
  • Support weekly and monthly electronic banking payments setup accurately
  • Update payment applications in real time and follow up on banking discrepancies
  • Handle monthly processing of supplier invoices and ensure authorization compliance
  • Reconcile supplier general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies
  • Communicate with hospitals to clarify purchase-related queries
  • Manage supplier account ageing, maintaining a 30-day window
  • Request refunds and open new supplier accounts as needed
  • Maintain organized filing systems and complete regular weekly documentation
  • Provide support to the Group Financial Accountant as required

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in AccountingFinance, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of accounting software like Sage Evolution or Business Dynamics is advantageous
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, work under supervision, and meet deadlines
