Clover, one of South Africa’s leading fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies, is inviting 100 unemployed youth to participate in its 12-month Merchandiser Learnership (YES Programme) for 2025. This nationally recognized programme is designed to equip participants with valuable retail experience, professional skills, and on-the-job training in the Commercial department. This is a perfect opportunity to launch your career in the FMCG and retail sectors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Control, receive, and manage stock levels at retail outlets.
- Ensure products are correctly merchandised according to Clover standards.
- Work closely with store staff and management to meet customer needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of displays.
- Support sales efforts through product visibility and availability.
- Report stock variances and shortages.
Requirements:
- Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification.
- Must be fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Must be unemployed and between the ages of 18–35 years.
- Strong work ethic and good communication skills.
- South African citizenship is mandatory.
