Key Responsibilities:
- Assist qualified guides during walking safaris and game drives
- Learn essential field guiding skills and bush knowledge
- Participate in guest interactions and nature-based experiences
- Follow safety protocols and conservation practices
- Complete structured training modules as part of the FGASA curriculum
- Support lodge operations when not in the field
Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- South African citizenship (ID required)
- Valid Driver’s License (essential for practical training)
- First Aid Level 1 Certification
- SAPS Firearm Competency Certificate
- Strong passion for wildlife, conservation, and guiding
- Willingness to live on-site and work in remote bush environments
