Key Responsibilities

  • Create and process daily Ford parts orders through the dealership system.
  • Manage daily buy-outs and procurement requests for vehicle parts.
  • Release invoices and stock orders accurately and on time.
  • Submit parts claims to Ford according to dealership procedures.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and parts administration records.
  • Monitor stock availability and assist with inventory control activities.

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Parts Admin Clerk, Parts Administrator, or Automotive Administration role.

  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
