Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Lodge Manager with daily safari lodge operations
  • Supervise front-office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest service teams

Requirements

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ management experience in a luxury lodge, boutique hotel, or Big 5 reserve environment
  • Qualification in Hospitality Management or a related field
  • Strong operational and financial management skills
  • Experience managing rooms division operations
  • Basic lodge maintenance knowledge
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
